Trapezius Muscle Trigger Points 🧍
The trapezius, a large, trapezium-shaped muscle in the upper back, neck, and shoulders, is integral for neck and shoulder movements. It collaborates with muscles such as the sternocleidomastoid and scalenus, impacting its functionality.
